A Dramatic Transformation for Light & Space
​This 1,800 sq. ft. Manhattan apartment near Union Square underwent an extreme renovation, evolving from a dark, cramped space into a modern, loft-like home filled with light and openness. The client’s vision was clear: a contemporary, minimalist interior with an expansive feel, where every element contributes to a sense of ease, brightness, and understated luxury.

To bring this vision to life, we completely reconfigured the floor plan, removing unnecessary walls and repurposing space to enhance functionality and flow. We relocated the kitchen into the living area, seamlessly integrating it into a spacious open-plan dining and entertaining space. A refined combination of clean white luxury cabinets and a custom floating walnut shelving system balances warmth with modern sophistication, offering both storage and visual appeal.
The renovation also introduced two newly designed bathrooms, crafted with a minimal yet high-end aesthetic. By carefully curating materials, finishes, and layout, we created bathrooms that feel both serene and indulgent, embodying modern luxury in its purest form.
